Current ingredient list

That ingredient list comes from the merchant's current page. Because supplement formulas can change, the bottle's Supplement Facts panel should be the final authority for what you are actually purchasing.

Evidence is ingredient-specific

Research on one herb does not automatically validate a multi-ingredient product. NCCIH describes limited evidence for nettle in BPH symptoms and mixed evidence for several complementary approaches. ProstaVive's finished formula would need its own high-quality evidence to support product-specific efficacy conclusions.

Safety is cumulative

A multi-ingredient formula means more possible tolerability and interaction questions. Ashwagandha, Asian ginseng, minerals and other botanicals each have their own cautions. Review the full label with a clinician or pharmacist if you use prescription medicines.
